PREORDERS
When a product here is marked as a preorder, it means that it's not ready yet but in first stages of production at best. Production will in total take between 1-2 months from the preorders's closing date. I will always write an estimate of when I'll be able to ship out the products, but keep in mind that sometimes accidents happen that could delay the date even further.

SHIPPING
I ship internationally from Italy. I remind you that if your country is outside of the EU, you might encounter extra fees such as customs or additional taxes, that I will not be responsible for.
Shipping to EU countries will take from a few days to a few weeks depending on shipping method you chose at checkout.
International shipping will take from a few weeks to a month, depending on shipping method you chose at checkout.
REFUNDS
Don't hesitate to contact me if any problems arise, but I will be only issuing refunds if I'm somehow unable to ship the item to you. I will not issue refunds if the product gets lost in the midst of shipping.
If the product arrives broken, or I shipped you the wrong product, then I will send a new one, but only after throughout proof of the fact.
